As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of our residential facility. You will lead a team of dedicated mental health professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based treatment to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including psychologists, therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that comply with Tennessee's regulations and licensing standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the clinical services to ensure they are aligned with best practices and evidence-based approaches.
  • Stay current with the latest research, developments, and best practices in mental health treatment to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Collaborate with the medical team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches for residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, including Tennessee regulations related to mental health facilities.
  • Oversee the facility's clinical documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the management team to provide updates on clinical operations, progress, and challenges.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages professional growth and development among team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive resident information.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant clinical license in Tennessee.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Tennessee regulations and licensing requirements for residential mental health facilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health records systems.

Location: Knoxville, TN (onsite)

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
